DINING
Laigu village, where Songtsam Lodge Laigu is located, is 4200 meters above sea level, and is located at the source of the Purlung tsangpo River. It is very difficult for transportation and take more times for any materials to enter. Songtsam overcame the scarcity of materials, let the guests have three meals a day in the hotel, and met the ingredients of the whole Yunnan Tibet route, such as yak meat in alpine pastures, Tibetan pork raised by villagers, vegetables from Bomi, walnuts from Tacheng, and wine from Shangri La etc. In order to ensure that guests can eat all the dishes in a balanced way, and appropriately control and avoid the waste of food, the restaurants in Laigu would serve Chinese food in western style.
