The hotel has a total of 25 rooms, divided into garden view deluxe rooms, wetland park view deluxe rooms, one-bedroom suites and two-bedroom suites. The rooms face the hotel garden and the lush green landscape of the northern wetland park. Each room has a private balcony providing a peaceful space for relaxing while enjoying lovely views. .

The hotel has a front hall, bar and restaurant on the first floor. The indoor restaurant and bar area has 55 seats, and the outdoor restaurant by the pool has 45 seats. The swimming pool brings a sense of vacation to the fullest. Surrounding the swimming pool is a resting platform. A 42m² (approx. 452 sq. ft.) wooden structure teahouse is set up on the left, and the area around the teahouse is the hotel garden.

Pu'er boasts a wealth of local ingredients, characterized by distinctive culinary flavors and cooking techniques.In addition to various seasonal dishes developed using local seasonal ingredients, there is also a wide variety of desserts and snacks. On the drink list, creative coffees such as Lemongrass Lime American, Passion Pineapple American, Coconut Green American, and Coconut Cloud Latte are infused with the most alluring fragrance of spices of the land.

Coffee and tea, two of the world's top two drinks, coexist cleverly in the magical land of Pu'er. Pu'er Green Valley also carefully built a wooden tea room for the family, allowing everyone to experience Pu'er's long history as the birthplace of tea culture.

The Northern Wetland Park where the Padma Pu’er Hotel is situated, is a vibrant oasis in the city, and also reflects  Pu'er’s biodiversity. In the Orchid Garden adjacent to the hotel, guests can observe 64 kinds of orchids and feel the orchid culture of Pu'er along with other rare, endemic and endangered plants.

Guests can take a nature walk through the wetland park, where one can find bayberry trees by the roadside, lotus flowers and Grey-headed Swamphen in the pond.

The Yunnan Coffee Trading Center, also located next to the Padma Pu’er Hotel, is the largest coffee trading center in China.
