Songtsam Bome Lodge

Bome is located in the Linzhi Area which is known as "the Jiangnan of Tibet".
It is located at the intersection of Purlung Tsangpo River and Yigong Tsangpo River.
It is abundant water and resources with mild climate all year round, which make it the main food and vegetable production base in Tibet.
Songtsam Bome Lodge also has the most abundant ingredients along Songtsam series hotels in Tibet.
There are yak and mutton as the main sources of meat in the pastures above 3000 meters above sea level, and fruits and vegetables continuously produced in four seasons, as well as local specialty - wild peach of Qingduo town, and Yigong chili as the highlights to make the dining table more joyful.

A CHEF'S INVITATION

Boiled duck blood curd with green pepper sauce

The Bome version of Sichuan cuisine "maoxuewang" uses Yigong green peppers instead of Sichuan red peppers.
The green peppers are roasted, chopped, and cooked together with chicken soup.
Then add boiled duck blood slices, yak tripe slices, enoki and bean sprouts make it delicious but not spicy.

Boiled Chicken with mushroom and soy sauce

After the local Tibetan chicken is cooked and frozen, cut it into dices, and pour on the sauce mixed with roasted soybeans, spicy chili and soy sauce and the boiled mushroom oil.
Chicken is tender and delicate with the delicious flavor created by the sauce and mushroom oil.

Stewed pork ribs with peach sauce

Bome local dried peaches, after peeled, cored and pickled, they are boiled with spice and rock candy to make sauce.
Pork ribs and peach sauce are boiled together to make the pork ribs taste tender, fruity, sweet and sour.

Fried Chicken with hot pepper

Cut Yigong dried red pepper into sections, mix well with the egg liquid and cornstarch, fry it until it become crispy, then fish it out, stir fry with fried chicken dice, baked peanuts, baked bread dice.
The chicken is crispy outside and tender inside, mix with pepper and nuts, which make it taste rich.
